By accessing or using Sari-Sari OS (“the Service”), operated by AVC I.T. Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sari-Sari OS is a software tool designed to help small retail (“sari-sari”) store operators manage day-to-day activities such as inventory, credit (“utang”) tracking, customers, and related workflows. The Service may operate in an offline-first manner on your device, with optional synchronization when online.

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate registration and business information where requested.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service or its infrastructure.
• Maintain backups or records as needed for your business; we are not a substitute for professional advice.

You retain ownership of the business data you enter (for example products, stock levels, customer names, and ledger entries). We host and process such data only to operate the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us the limited rights necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

We may create aggregated or de-identified statistics that do not reasonably identify you or your customers, for example to understand usage patterns or improve product quality. We will not use such data to re-identify individuals without legal basis where required.

The Service may store and process data locally on your device (for example using browser storage) before or without synchronizing to our servers. You remain responsible for device security and for understanding that data on a lost or compromised device may be at risk. Sync behavior depends on connectivity and app state.

We strive for reliable operation but do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Maintenance, updates, outages, third-party services, or network conditions may affect availability—especially during beta.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability and governing law) will survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Philippines, AVC I.T. Solutions and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or zero if no fees applied).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Beta disclaimer

Sari-Sari OS is provided on a beta or preview basis. Features, availability, performance, and data handling may change without notice. You use the service at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose during beta.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in the Philippines shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
